LEND A HELPING HAND
AT THE 2006 AHRA ANNUAL MEETING IN LAS VEGAS!
Introduce a speaker and handout/collect CE cards at a session
We’ll provide a script for each speaker and you will need to stay
for the entire session. Be at the room
20 minutes before the session starts so that you can meet the speaker
and familiarize yourself with
the script. You pass out CE cards at the beginning and collect them at
the end and return them to the
AHRA Design Team office. You are eligible for CE credit for the session,
so be sure to complete your
own card! If you are signed up for a General Session, you will distribute
and collect CE cards.
Get to know fellow members at the Silent Auction
You can help set up the items, monitor the area, help collect bids, and
get to know a lot of new
people!
Writing for Convention Daily
As a Radiology Administrator, you know the importance of furthering your
knowledge and education
of the industry. With the plethora of available sessions at the Annual
Meeting, your colleagues would
be extremely appreciative of your summary of one or more of these informational
breakout sessions.
After attending a breakout session, simply stop by the Convention Daily
office and utilize one of our
computers, or hand-write your 100- to 400-word breakout summary (you
were probably planning on
taking notes during the session) and AHRA will type it for you.
Meet and Greet Members at AHRA's Booth
You'll have the opportunity to meet and network with fellow AHRA members
and non-members.
Assist with handing out AHRA informational materials, answering questions,
providing information on
AHRA products, publications and learning opportunities, and encouraging
people to join AHRA by
sharing your own successes and personal experiences as a member. Here
is an easy and fun way to
get to know other members and learn more about making the most of your
AHRA membership at the
same time.
